‘Standards’, by CrossFit 203.  Even though the Games Open is over we still expect all of our athletes to uphold the movement standards of our box – that includes a 10 foot wallball target for the women!  Yes, we are sticklers for our standards but in the end it makes you a better and stronger athlete.
