20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
15 Burpees (strict pushup)
20 Chest-To-Bar Pullups
15 Handstand Pushups
Perform as many reps as possible in 3 minutes. Rest 1 minute. Start back at the beginning and perform as many reps as possible in 6 minutes. Rest 2 minutes. Start back at the beginning and complete the chipper. Score will be total amount of reps completed.
Post reps to Beyond The Whiteboard.
